12-MONTH WARRANTY

Crispora products are supplied with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

Subject to the terms below, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal household use within the warranty period.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

The warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:

• Accidental damage
• Misuse or abuse
• Neglect
• Improper installation or use
• Failure to follow the supplied instructions
• Improper cleaning or maintenance
• Unauthorised modification or repair
• Commercial or industrial use
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Damage caused by external events outside the product itself

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

• Photos or video showing the issue where reasonably possible

We may ask you to carry out reasonable troubleshooting steps before arranging the next stage of the claim.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include, depending on the circumstances:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund

The remedy provided will depend on the nature of the issue and your applicable legal rights.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim can be processed.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
