RETURN CONDITION
For change-of-mind returns, the product should be returned:
• In good condition
• With all major accessories and components
• With the original packaging where reasonably possible
• Without damage caused by misuse or improper handling
You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
Where a product has been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining it in a shop, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind, please contact us within the applicable return period.
Unless we tell you otherwise, customers are responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind item.
Do not send a return to any address without first contacting our support team and receiving the correct return instructions.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your product arrives:

Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where applicable, we will cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES
Where required by applicable consumer law following a valid cancellation, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the order.
Any additional amount paid specifically for an upgraded or premium delivery service may not be refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option, where permitted by law.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cancellation rights for eligible distance purchases under UK consumer law.
For qualifying purchases, consumers generally have a statutory period in which they may cancel an online order after delivery.
Our 30-day return period is intended to provide additional flexibility and does not replace your statutory rights.
